Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 12,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.Location: PadstowEmployment Status: Salary Full-TimeFunction: Customer ExperienceReq ID: 26594Job ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers promptly and professionally via phone and electronic communicationsBuild and maintain customer relationshipsProcess customer product / parts orders in the required processing time as per instruction from the Customer Service ManagerMaintain accurate records & filing as well as ensuring data integrity in line with departmental requirementsContinue to build relationships with the Sales departments inclusive of actioning TSRs enquiries and providing pricing and availability of stockProcess distributor literature / collateral requests and action as may be requiredParticipate in training including but not limited to:Product knowledge (new technologies and ranges)Handling customer complaints / issuesPhone manner / techniquesFormal training as decided by Customer Service Manager ANZJob RequirementsMinimum of 2 years experience working in a Customer Service environmentStrong customer service focus, call centre experience highly desirableExperience with SAP desirableKnowledge of Microsoft Office desirableExcellent customer service skills and a willingness to go extra lengths to delight the customerAbility to self-motivate and work within a diverse group of employees within customer service and other departments to meet company / business objectivesGood organisational skillsAbility to develop key internal and external relationshipsIdentify business needs / opportunities and can generate ideas for improvementGood communication and interpersonal skillsPleasant and professional phone mannerKnowledge of welding machines/consumables an advantageAbility to work independently and also as part of a teamLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
