Youll play a crucial role in ensuring every customer interaction is seamless, positive, and aligned with the M.J. Bale standard of excellence.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDelivering an exceptional level of service across all customer communication touchpointsResolving product, delivery, or loyalty-related queries using tools like Zendesk, Shopify, Omneo, and AP21Coordinating customer orders across platforms including Click & Collect, Ship from Store, and Myer OnlineEscalating complaints or feedback where needed, while always acting with care and professionalismSupporting the broader Retail, Online, and Marketing teams as neededAssisting with styling and appointment enquiries, particularly for weddings and custom eventsThis is a casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability and a passion for premium service.Desired Skills And ExperienceDesired Skills & ExperienceWe''re Looking For Someone Who BringsA customer-first mindset and proven ability to go above and beyondExceptional communication both written and verbalAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingConfidence using tools like Outlook, Excel, and customer service platforms (Zendesk, Shopify, etc.)An interest in fashion and understanding of the ecommerce/retail landscapePrevious customer service experience (retail, ecommerce, hospitality or call centre) is highly desirable.Why Join M.J.
