Apply now to be part of our team.Job summary:Flexible hours available1 year of relevant work experience required for this roleWe are looking for focused, highly organised Kitchen Hand with at least 1 year of experience in fast paced kitchens and is available on weekends. We are a vibrant and unique, that is very different to the traditional South East Asian Cuisine, we have a strong focus on quality, handmade food, sourced from local suppliers prepared fresh in store daily. We are passionate about our products and the amazing food that we create, and we hope you are too.Tasks & responsibilities Washing dishes Assist with basic food preparation (eg chopping vegetables, washing fruit, preparing salads). Grilling and Deep frying meat, vegetables, fish and other foods Tidying and Setting up of the Kitchen Assemble and preparation of ingredients for cooking Adhere to kitchen hygiene and safety standards Monitor stock levels Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipmentAbout You To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating leadership and organisational abilities.Proven experience within a fast-paced kitchen environmentHigh standard of food preparation and productivityAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureKnowledge of various cooking methods and knife skillsAwareness of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to multitaskExcellent communication sillsGreat team workMinimum 1 year of experienceWhats in it for you?
