Proforge Pty Ltd is seeking an Apprentice Farrier or Tradesman Farrier to join their team in Hawkesbury NSW.This is a fulltime position, with the opportunity to work on a diverse range or equine projects. As a Farrier you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of horse''s hooves, ensuring their optimal health and performance.What the role will include:Trimming, shaping and applying horseshoes to horse''s hooves supervised.Diagnosing and treating hoof-related issues and lameness supervised.Advising clients on hoof care and management.Maintaining Farriery tools.Collaborating with Senior Farriers, Veterinarians and other equine professionals.What we are looking for:Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A passion for the equine industry and a commitment to animal welfare.What we offer: At Proforge Pty Ltd we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
