We offer tailored language programs designed to meet the specific needs of students seeking to enhance their professional and personal communication skills in foreign languages. We are currently seeking an Italian tutor who is passionate about their language and culture and want to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated tutors to teach language, specifically Italian (but we teach 15 other languages also) to learners of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will be a native speaker in one of these languages. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students language skills and help them reach their language goals.The role is part time, with some evening work but with the ability to work from home.Key Responsibilities:Be able to converse in Italian language with individuals.Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills.Follow instruction and work as part of a team.Qualifications & Requirements:Native proficiency in Italian.A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a bonus.Current Working with Children cardPrevious experience in language teaching, especially in a vocational or adult education setting, is highly desirable but not essential.Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with students of varying proficiency levels.Passionate about language and committed to student success.Familiarity with online platforms is a plus.Able to work sometimes in the evening.Why Join VLLC?Opportunity to work with a diverse and motivated student base.A collaborative and supportive team environment.On the job training is available to successful candidate.Flexible hoursAbility to work from some times from homeHow to Apply:If you are a native Italian speaker and are excited about the opportunity to teach Italian in a dynamic and supportive environment, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your tutoring experience and why you would be a great fit for VLLC.
