As part of an international network, our NSW franchise delivers tailored services under the NDIS and Home Care Package programs, emphasizing quality, respect, and client-centered care.Role Overview:As a Personal Care/Ndis Support Worker, you will help clients maintain independence and dignity by providing compassionate in-home support, assisting with personal and lifestyle needs.Key Responsibilities:Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilitySupport with domestic tasks like cleaning, cooking, and laundryHelp with medication prompts and health monitoringProvide companionship and emotional supportTransport clients to appointments and activitiesHelp clients achieve NDIS goals, including social participation and daily living skillsDocument care activities and report changesFollow care plans and collaborate with families and health professionalsQualificationsExperience in aged care, disability, or community support (preferred)Certificate III or IV in Support, Aged Care, or Disability (or working towards)Current First Aid and CPR certificationClear National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening CheckValid Australian Drivers License and reliable vehicleWork rights in AustraliaIdeal Candidate Attributes:Ability to provide personal and domestic careCompassionate and proactive approachExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamStrong organizational skillsWillingness to pursue further training #J-18808-Ljbffr
