As a line cook, you proactively prioritize tasks to ensure high service quality and food standards for our guests. You will have a complete understanding of the menu, recipes, presentations, and potential food allergens in each dish. Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are in the afternoon or evening, but are subject to change.QualificationsAt least 1 year of recent (within the last year) experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen at a comparable level of luxury service, such as a prep cook or apprentice role.A Cooks Training certificate from high school, college, or university is preferred.Demonstrated high-level culinary and food safety knowledge.Additional InformationVisa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
