Activity planning and documentation, data measurements and data based recording. Hydraulic and electrical functions and services. Refrigeration systems, cool rooms and freezers. Building heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Kitchen''s appliances, dishwashing units, exhaust ducts and fans - programmed service inspections, cleaning and reporting. Fire and evacuation systems. Potable water and hot water generation systems, pump and distribution systems, isolation points and taps. Gardens, building fabric and damage inspections. Passenger lifts, roller doors, gates and locks. Swimming pool, gym and spa operation, chemical use. Operation and fault finding of basic electrical issues and safety, tagging and testing. Electronic systems, clocks, phone, safe, access controls, TV-IP systems and Wi-Fi. Building management control systems, and hotel appliances.
