This role is ideal for candidates passionate about immigration law. There will be potential for career progression within the firm.Please note, due to the requirements of this full-time position, we are unable to consider applications from current law students.Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive file and document managementProviding high-level support to the teamProactive handling of solicitor and client requestsMonitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are metAssisting with monthly invoicingCoordination of police checks and translationsFile closing and archivingSuccessful Candidates Will HaveA genuine interest and/or experience in Immigration Law (essential)Relevant administrative experience in a professional firm (at least 12 months full-time equivalent)Confidence in client and professional interactionsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication, organisational and file management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWho You Are:You are proactive, highly organised, well-presented and dedicated to exceptional client service.
