All profits from Seed Employment go back into funding the work Seed Foundation Australia delivers.Through our network we are able to provide a complete wraparound training, employment and support model for our trainees, apprentices and host employers.Seed Foundation Australia have exciting opportunities for a variety of Administration roles (Officer and Coordinator level) in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll/Finance and General Administration to join our Offices in either Townsville or the Sunshine Coast.The roles contribute to the administrative, recruitment, accounting and payroll support to the Seed Foundation Australia and Seed Employment operations.Key Responsibilities:Key responsibilities associated with the role include:Administration - Human ResourcesCreate job advertisements and place across relevant job boards, social media and websitesAssist with interviewing and shortlisting of candidatesAssist with interviews and relevant skill testingAssist with induction, start up and employment arrangements for successful candidatesAssist with the coordination and advice relating to relevant Human Resources mattersincluding Performance Management aligned with Fair Work LegislationAssist with the coordination and advice relating to relevant Human Resources mattersincluding Fair Work and Industry AwardsEnsure all Human Resources documentation and forms are processed and uploaded to relevant database systemsAdministration - Payroll/AccountsCollecting all applicants information and entering into relevant database systemsCollecting, calculating and entering payroll hours on a fortnightly basisInvoicing clients on a fortnightly basis as per terms and conditions of businessMonitoring outstanding invoices and keep Management informedProcessing of traineeship claims as required through relevant Government department systemsAdministration- GeneralUpdating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets to accurately record dataEnsure accurate and up-to-date records of all key contacts are metProcessing and ensuring all documentation is relevant and up-to-date including:Applicants informationApplicants induction paperworkContribute to and attend Seed Foundation & Seed Employment Team Monthly meetingUndertake other responsibilities as required and directed by the Executive Officer and Management TeamGeneral DutiesAssist the management when necessary in producing and submitting reportsAssist with marketing for Seed Employment & Seed Foundation AustraliaAssist with special projects as requiredAttend staff training as requiredContribute to the achievement of the goals as outlined in the Strategic Plan and the overall objectives of the organisationPerform other day-to-day operations as requested by ManagementWhat you will need to succeed:Above all, you are passionate about the difference that education and employment pathways can make on individuals and communities.
