So, were looking for a Night Auditor to provide customer service support, balance the books and perform other essential accounting tasks to help us stay one step ahead of tomorrow during our late-night shifts.About the RoleAs our Night Auditor, youll be the key point of contact for guests during the overnight shiftensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Youll oversee nightly operations, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of service and brand values. This role is perfect for a calm, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and enjoys working independently.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established proceduresChecking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requestsAnswering phones and dealing with overnight guest queriesRunning night audit property management systems or manual equivalentsPerforming other duties such as concierge services and special guest requestsWhat We need from you:Full working rights in Australia without restrictions (sponsorship is not available for this role)Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to guests from all over the world, with a warm, welcoming energyAccounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processingCash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash paymentsComputer literacy, including familiarity with PMS softwareStrong verbal communication and good listening skills, for effective and pleasant interactions with guests and housekeeping staffGuest service experience in a hotel environmentKnowledge of hotel operations, offers and the local areaHold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
