Youll work alongside motivated and energetic teammates and will be primarily responsible for delivering all maintenance activities across the fleet under the Next Generation Tram (NGT) contract at our Maidstone facility and other sites across the network.If youre ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career.Well look to you for:Maintaining and Repairing Vehicles: Performing preventative and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, and equipment repairs on electrical and mechanical systemsSupporting Modifications: Assisting in vehicle modifications, retrofitting, and improvement programs to enhance reliability and maintainabilityTechnical Support: Providing on-call support, attending vehicle recovery sessions, and assisting customers with technical issuesData & Reportinging: Recording faults and repairs, contributing to data collection, and analyzing trends in vehicle performance and reliabilityProcess Improvement: Helping review and optimizing maintenance regimes to reduce costs and risks while ensuring safetyTraining & Compliance: Supporting training delivery, follow OH&S and quality policies, and fostering a positive work environmentAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
