In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the production process, including material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, warehousing, and various support activities.This role will work across a rotating morning/afternoon roster with regular RDOs (9 day fortnight)Employee Share Plan (Shares in Nufarm!)Enterprise Agreement Benefits!Full Private Health Benefits!Onsite Caf!Great Team and ability to work within Agchem in Australia!How Youll Help Us GrowOperating various chemical plants efficiently, to schedule and to cycle timesFollowing standard defined operating procedures as instructedFollowing and completing batch sheets accurately and to agreed standardEnsuring good workplace organisation and housekeepingEnsuring all safety regulations are followed and that necessary PPE is always wornImmediately reporting any safety incidents or hazardsCarrying out QA functions to ensure batches conform to agreed quality specificationsEnsuring vessels and equipment are washed out to specified standards to minimise the risk of cross contaminationProposing modifications and improvements concerning productivity, safety and qualityCould This Be You?You will have previous experience operating in a chemical manufacturing environment and be safety-minded with the ability to identify potential hazards and risks in a high-risk environment. You enjoy working both autonomously and as a part of a close team environment and have an interest in further training and developmental opportunities.You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with internal teams and are prepared to work flexible hours.
