The position reports to the Property Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plastering, and paintingInspect properties to ensure safety, compliance, and presentation standardsOperate and maintain tools and equipment, completing required safety documentation (JSA/SWMS)Assist with the coordination of external contractorsSupport the Property Coordinator and Service Desk Officers in maintaining the property portfolioAttend team meetings and contribute to collaborative planningUndertake other duties as required to support property operationsWhat Youll BringTo be successful in this role, you will have:A qualified trade background (carpentry, plastering, or general building preferred)Demonstrated experience in property maintenance and safe use of tools and equipmentAbility to assess maintenance issues, prioritise tasks, and work independentlyStrong organisational and time management skillsWillingness to work collaboratively within a teamUnderstanding of Aboriginal culture and values, and awareness of issues affecting Aboriginal children, young people, and familiesCommitment to the mission and ethos of MacKillop Family ServicesPlease address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.For a full position listing, please click APPLY.
