Known for their strong connection to community and high-quality resident experience, the villages are home to vibrant, friendly, active seniors and supported by a dedicated staff team.The RoleWe are seeking a warm, caring, well-presented and professional Concierge team to be the face of our communities. These are front-of-house customer service and administrative roles that play a key part in the day-to-day experience of our residents and visitors.The Concierge is often the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, families, contractors, and service providers, and contributes significantly to the welcoming, respectful, joyful and connected environment across our villages.You will work across one site and report to the Village Manager, supporting the delivery of resident services, village communications, and administrative coordination.These roles are ideal for someone with a background in customer service, reception, concierge or hospitality, and who is confident and empathetic engaging with older people and working in a professional, team-based environment.Key responsibilities include:Providing a warm and professional welcome to residents, visitors, and contractorsAnswering phone calls, managing emails and reception operationsSupporting resident services including transport bookings, appointments, and emergency call responsesAssisting with village communications, social and wellbeing activitiesCoordinating visitor and contractor sign-ins and ensuring compliance with site protocolsMonitoring front office safety and security, including access and emergency proceduresMaintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative tasksSupporting tours for prospective residents and assisting the Sales Manager where neededYou will bring:Previous experience in a receptionist, concierge, or customer-facing role (ideally in retirement living, healthcare or hospitality)Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, professional mannerStrong organisational skills and a flexible, team-based mindsetCompetence using Microsoft Office, telephony systems and administration toolsA warm, empathetic and respectful approach with older peopleA current First Aid and CPR CertificatePrevious experience in a retirement village environment (desirable)The BenefitsThis is a rewarding opportunity to work in a meaningful, people-focused role within a stable and respected retirement living organisation.
