This role involves working with a diverse range of equipment, including studio cameras, IT infrastructure, customised applications, servers, and SAN storage.Key Responsibilities:Technical support and maintenance of broadcast and IT equipmentCollaborate with suppliers to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliabilityProvide professional support and guidance to end usersDocument systems and proceduresQualifications and Skills:Qualifications in IT or Systems EngineeringExperience with Linux OS, scripting, Windows Systems Administration, Network Support, and hardware troubleshootingPreferred experience includes supporting:Post-production systemsBroadcast graphics equipmentMedia Asset Management systemsSQL or Oracle databasesEssential qualities include the ability to:Work effectively under pressure in time-critical situationsMaintain professionalism and courtesyCommunicate effectivelyAssess and resolve problems quickly and accuratelyKeep up with technological developments in Broadcast and IT industriesNote: This position involves a rotating shift roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.If you want to grow your career within a global media organization and work with advanced systems and equipment, this role offers a supportive team environment.Paramount values diversity and encourages applications from all backgrounds, including race, gender, age, disability, and more.
