The Opportunity We are seeking dynamic team members to support our Home Care services, including CHSP, HCP, and Private Clients. This role involves working with a modern, innovative organization that is experiencing rapid growth. Current shifts are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Week 1 and Week 2). You will provide expert community care within clients'' homes or at our Wellness Centre, which is undergoing exciting transformations. Collaboration with our Allied Health and Home Care teams will enable a holistic approach to health and well-being. Understanding of client-centred care and community health principles. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively relate to diverse clients, including those with dementia. Capacity to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Strong computer literacy and administrative skills. Experience in allied health and/or community health sectors. Additional Requirements Valid Victorian driver''s license appropriate for the vehicle type, with no restrictions.
