The Disability Support Worker will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to help participants with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and household chores. They will also support community participation by helping participants engage in social events and recreational programs.Additionally, the role involves providing transport services for medical appointments and community outings, as well as assisting with finding suitable living arrangements to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.As a contract support worker with Parability, you will provide individualised, person-centred support to participants in their homes and communities.
