Join to apply for the CSSD Technician role at Ramsay Health Care. In this role, you will report to and be guided by the Clinical Manager Sterilising Services and the Sterilising Services Supervisors. You will be trained to complete the cleaning, inspection, wrapping, and sterilisation of reusable medical devices (RMDs). Position Type: Permanent full-time, part-time, and casual positions available. To ensure consistency and a continuous workflow between Sterilising Services, Theatres, Wards, and Medical Suites, you must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team while maintaining high operational standards. About You: To succeed, you will bring proven experience in Sterilisation Services within a hospital setting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Criteria: Certificate III in Sterilisation (or currently enrolled in this course) Previous experience in Flexible Endoscope and Ultrasound Probe processing is desirable but not essential Ability to work rotating am/pm roster and night duty Remuneration: Base hourly rate ranging from $32.36 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
