Working in Sydney''s most luxurious property, you''ll deliver elevated levels of service that exceed all expectations for our VIPs and Villa guests, as well as our on-site residents of One Barangaroo. We''re looking for someone who is meticulously detail-oriented and passionate about providing bespoke guest and resident experiences that are second-to-none.Your role will involve:Ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the Villa departmentProviding tailored and personalised guest and VIP servicesGreeting and being the main point of contact for all VIP guests and residentsAnticipating, managing, and fulfilling individual needs and requirementsEnsuring the Villas are well maintained and presented for guests, including special requests, preferences, and arrangements are efficiently managedPlanning and coordinating F&B services, as well as offering the facilities and events available at Crown SydneyAlways maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretionPartnering with key stakeholders, including Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, F&B, Maintenance, Security, etc.Providing general directions around the complex and local areaAbout you:Demonstrated experience in a similar service-oriented role at a premium or luxury venueAbility to provide tailored and bespoke customer experiences to VIP clientsExceptional stakeholder and customer relations skills, with the ability to build rapport quicklyAbility to use technology and be adaptable to different software applicationsStrong time management, organisational, and communication skillsImmaculate presentation and grooming standardsExperience with F&B is desirableA current RSA certificate (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)Ability to work across a 24/7 roster when requiredWhat we offer you:Opportunity to work in Sydney''s most luxurious propertyExcellent team and supportive leadershipTailored uniforms provided and laundered free for every shiftGenerous discounts across all Crown hotels and restaurants Australia wideComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant (hot meals, salad + sandwich bar, fruit, pastries, etc.)Access to discounts with our various corporate partners across travel, insurance, health & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology, parkingAdvertising closes midnight, Sunday 7 July.
