It aims to help individuals who are at risk of developing functional disabilities due to mental health issues. Delivered across five NSW locations, YCLSS partners with Local Health Districts to provide coordinated care.The programs objectives are to support personal recovery, reduce the risk of chronic disability, and minimize hospital admissions. YCLSS helps young people stay connected to their communities, engage in education and work, manage their mental health, and secure stable housing. It also supports families in understanding and assisting their loved ones recovery.Recovery Workers are essential in guiding participants through key developmental areas like social skills, leadership, and resilience.
