Always.We are St Vincents Health Australia, Australias largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.About The RoleKitchen Assistant - Food ServicesWe are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant/Cook to work in our production kitchen at St Vincents Private Hospital to maintain high levels of professional standards in servicing patients across St Vincents Darlinghurst Campus.St Vincents Private Hospital production kitchen is a cook fresh facility with a high quality food safety accredited meal service, producing more than 60,000 meals per month. This is a large team of approx. 40 staff in this busy kitchen. You will be directly managed by the kitchen supervisor, them reporting to the Head chef.Over the next 12months we are looking to take the patient food offering to the next level, build a team to do what we do better, revise the patient menu, find new products and give the best service possible.
