Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$13.00/hr - $18.00/hrPosition SummaryMust have open availability.Prepares and handles food as outlined on station lists and company recipes in a timely mannerDuties And ResponsibilitiesThis list is representative of all duties but is not necessarily all inclusive.Prepare food according to designated work stations and prep listAssumes 100% responsibility for Quality of products used and food served.Prepare all menu items in accordance with recipe guidelines and par levels and following portion and quality standards, kitchen rules and policies and procedures.Prepares all ingredients needed for designated station daily, following chefs prep and par listsMaintains a clean kitchen, within Company and State standards at all times; including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers saut burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.Prepares items for broiling, grilling, frying sauting or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes according to directions.Labels and dates all food products in storage and refrigeration areas as needed.Assists in food prep assignments in off-peak periods as neededCloses the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations.Assist others as neededPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
