Perhaps youre one of them?Due to our growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a team assistant to join our private business family advisory division.The Role:This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills and attentionto detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-dayadministrative support to the team to ensure the smooth delivery of services toour SMSF clients.Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to the SMSF teamincluding document preparation and client correspondenceAssist in onboarding new SMSF clients, includingpreparation of engagement letters and setting up filesLiaise with team leaders and internal stakeholders tocollect information, documentation, and signaturesMaintain accurate client records in CRM Systems anddocument management platformsAssist with the lodgment of SMSF Annual returns, BAS,and compliance documentationManage deadlines and reminders to the teamCoordinate SMSF audit documentation and liaise withexternal auditors as requiredAssisting in preparing minutes, resolutions, andtrustee documentsHandle ATO correspondence on behalf of clientsProvide support in reporting and billing processesSupport team with projects and other tasks as requiredWhat we are looking for:Previous SMSF administration ideally in accounting orfinancial services experience supporting a team would be desirable but notessential2 years + experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organizationalskillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritise urgent tasks.Initiative and ability to work independently.Resilient and able to maintain composure when underpressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook);experience with BGL360 (desirable)Team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat we offer:At Pitcher Partners we believe success is better shared.
