Whether someone is exploring our solutions for the first time, booking a product demo, or seeking guidance on what screen fits their needs youll be the helpful, knowledgeable voice they remember. Youll manage our inbound sales inbox, respond quickly and clearly to warm leads, and run engaging demonstrations that bring our technology to life. Youll work closely with the Sales and Partner teams to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks and every potential customer feels heard, supported, and inspired by what we offer. This isnt a cold-calling role its a relationship-building role. Were looking for someone with heart, hustle, and a passion for great customer experiences.What Youll Be DoingOwn our inbound experience. Monitor and manage the CommBox sales inbox daily, ensuring all incoming leads, enquiries and demo requests are responded to promptly, professionally and with a human touch.Host interactive product demonstrations. Guide potential customers through personalised demos of CommBox products, highlighting features, answering questions, and tailoring your pitch to their context whether thats a principal in a school or a CIO in a corporate boardroom.Qualify and convert leads. Ask the right questions to understand customer needs, assess buying intent, and pass qualified leads to the appropriate internal team or Partner network with clear context and CRM notes.Collaborate cross-functionally. Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Support and our Partner team to ensure customers move smoothly through the funnel and that all follow-ups are handled with care.Continuously improve. Track key metrics (response times, conversion rates, demo outcomes), share customer insights with the wider team, and look for ways to enhance the inbound process and first-touch journey.What Youll Bring to the Team2+ years experience in inbound sales, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role youve got strong instincts when it comes to listening, problem-solving and engaging over email, phone or video.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal you can explain tech in plain English, ask smart follow-up questions, and build rapport quickly.Confidence running live demos or webinars whether one-on-one or group-style, youre comfortable presenting, screen sharing, and adapting in real-time.Familiarity with CRMs (we use HubSpot) and modern sales tools youll keep track of conversations, update lead statuses, and document customer needs.Customer-first mindset you''re empathetic, solutions-focused, and you genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.Proactive energy you dont wait to be told what to do; you spot gaps, take initiative, and follow up without being asked.Bonus points if youve worked in edtech, SaaS, AV/IT, or understand the needs of schools or enterprise buyers.Why Youll Love Working at CommBoxWork in our innovative HQ experience centre kitted about with it''s very own breweryAutonomy & ownership Youll have the freedom to shape your role and improve how we do thingsAI-powered workflows We automate repetitive admin so you can focus on what matters most: people and impactDown-to-earth culture No corporate nonsense.
