As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospects, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping a welcoming and engaging our community environment.JOB DESCRIPTIONBe a warm, welcoming presence for residents, visitors, and prospectsoffering a smile and service every timeRespond to walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media messages with friendly professionalismManage package deliveries, guest suite bookings, lift scheduling for move-ins/move-outs, and resident enquiriesKeep the communitys shared spaces and front-of-house areas tidy, safe, and ready to impressSupport daily admin and operational tasks, including data entry, resident communications, and CRM updatesAssist with planning, promoting, and running resident engagement events and activitiesKeep up-to-date local knowledge (think food, fun, entertainment) and other items of interest for residents to make living here even betterPromote resident satisfaction by addressing questions, feedback, and maintenance requests quickly and effectivelyContribute to leasing activityhelping turn enquiries into happy residentsAssist with reporting, compliance tasks, and support broader community operationsTo be successful in this role, you should have skills including:Demonstrated experience customer facing roles such as hospitality, accommodation, or real estateExcellent customer service skills with a cheerful, can-do attitudeStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA natural team player with the confidence to work independently when neededSolid organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressureTech-savvy: comfortable with email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet researchCultural awareness and the ability to adapt your style to connect with a diverse resident baseA passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences every single dayCompliance & Licensing Must hold a valid drivers license, and have the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.About Greystar:Greystar is rapidly expanding their footprint into the Australian market with the launch of their first Build To Rent (BTR) development in Melbourne and another 2 to open in the coming months.
