In this role as a Remote Sales Product Specialist, you will have a consultative approach to sales, working as a partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our product range and offerings.Youll be responsible for:Always upholding our LifeHealthcare values and being an active key member of our team.Driving sales by identifying, developing and securing all relevant sales opportunitiesServing as a Remote Sales Product Specialist for pre-defined territory and accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and all the relevant goals and metrics.Generating market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as product demonstrations, focus areas or campaigns.Actively solicit all LifeHealthcare product opportunities, referring leads as appropriateBuilding relationships and trust with customers, be a key part of their buying decisions.Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support related to the product.Understanding customer buying patterns and use it to schedule and plan calls.Contributing to the fiscal revenue goal and execute tactical activities.To be successful were confident youll have:Savvy interpersonal skills; excellent communication and rapport building skillsExcellent customer service skills; always understands and delivers exemplary customer support.Professional presentation and presenceWorked autonomously but are also a team playerPositive attitude; outgoing and friendly, self-motivatedA can do attitude: Enthusiastic and energeticThe ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer baseExcellent planning and organizing skills and be able to deal with ambiguityGood time management skills; well organised, able to set and reset prioritiesStrategic agility with strong commercial acumenLifeHealthcare is a company of the EBOS Medical Technology Business Unit which also includes Australian Biotechnologies (allograft manufacturing), Cryomed (aesthetics) and Transmedic (South-East Asia MedTech distribution).
