Five simple Employee Value Proposition (EVP) values that guide our behaviour, inform our decisions, and help us do what we do, in a way that is authentically us.Think big, aim high!Lift those around youReal meaning, actual changeBe youAbout the rolePlease note this is a full-time office-based role on a fixed term 6-month contractWe are looking for an energetic and organised Office Coordinator to manage our busy city office, welcome VIP visitors, and support 3 executive leadership team members. This critical role in our team of unstoppable changemakers is essential to helping us raise vital funds to help provide all children access to the best possible healthcare whenever and wherever they need it.You will lead the office coordination and administration in our new King Street office to ensure the smooth running of this space. You will be responsible for communicating vital updates to the team, identifying, and implementing new processes or better ways of working, and supporting our teams to help us achieve our goals.You are an experienced administrative professional seeking a role within a positive organisation where you can make a difference and your efforts are valued. You will be a natural-born organiser who is comfortable dealing with people of all levels, has a can-do attitude and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.Based in our King Street location, you will work with the Office Coordinators from our other offices (Randwick and Westmead) to develop and maintain highly effective and efficient processes, systems, and tools to ensure the smooth running of our offices and general administration support.Job Responsibilities:Front Desk Duties (40%):Greet donors, guests, and staff warmly and assist with inquiries.Support significant meetings in the King Street boardroom.Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and shared areas.Coordinate and adhere to SOPs for office operations.Manage office supplies and security passes.Oversee office facilities and resolve issues.Support WHS by organising first aid training and ergonomic assessments.Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes.Executive Support (10%):Assist with diary management for 3 Executive Leadership Team Members.Manage expense reimbursements, credit card statements, and invoices for 3 Executive Leadership Team Members.Other administrative tasks as required.Administrative Duties (40%):Follow office workflow procedures for efficiency.Provide administrative support to team members and visitors.Liaise with IT and provide basic IT support.Prepare for meetings and support various administrative tasks.General (10%):Perform other duties as requested by the manager.Attend meetings, training, and events.Adhere to company policies and ensure safety protocols.Key Relationships:Internal: All SCHF StaffQualifications and Experience:5+ years in a similar office role.High-level computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM databases.Experience with diary management for executives.Ability to take initiative and be proactive.Proactive, organised, and detail oriented.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional, motivated, and energetic approach.Ability to build rapport with people at all levels.Our Proposal to You:We are pleased to offer a competitive FTE salary of up to $76,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation pro rata.
