You''ll lead the charge in maintaining accurate stock quantities and locations, overseeing cycle counts, and investigating stock discrepancies whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders within the business to provide insights for continuous improvement. Join us and be part of a community that thrives on learning, collaboration, and making a positive impact!This is a full-time role based in Fairfield East.Responsibilities:Foster a high-performing and engaged Supply Chain team by supporting process compliance and capability.Supervise and lead the local inventory team, providing coaching and mentorship for their growth.Resolve inventory-related issues promptly and effectively, identifying and implementing solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain communication within agreed service level agreements.Lead investigations into inventory matters, from discrepancies to customer inquiries.Coordinate, resource, and execute stock take initiatives.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in inventory and broader distribution centre operations.Requirements:Intermediate experience with ERPs / WMSPrevious experience in a similar supervisory role within the Retail/Supply Chain industry.Experience working in a Distribution Centre.Strong general administrative skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated leadership skills an advantage.Qualifications in an administrative or supply chain-related field are advantageous.The Perks:Competitive salary package and incentives.Generous staff discounts on Fantastic Furniture products.Work/life balance and flexibility for your well-being.Health and well-being programs to support your overall wellness.Ample support and development opportunities for career growth.To apply, please submit your application along with your resume and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.Fantastic Furniture we commit to responding to every applicant.
