This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months. Reporting to the visual merchandising manager, the role of the VM Coordinator is to provide consistency across the network that maximizes sales impact and delivers exceptional customer service. The role supports the retail network in the execution of VM projects, communication tools, and training for store teams. The VM Coordinator is also responsible for leading VM initiatives during store openings and supporting store development where required. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular store visits to identify opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include: Communicate all VM directives and initiatives for Bonds stores, managing feedback and approval from key stakeholders. Support and provide feedback to stores through photo sharing and store visits. Participate in VM floor sets and store merchandising to ensure proper execution. Support new store openings as needed. Conduct regular VM training and store visits with Area Managers and retail teams. Create guidelines for safe VM practices. Assist the VM team with special projects and in-store setups. Desired experience: Previous experience in Visual Merchandising within retail. High attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexible and dynamic approach with a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities at all levels. Team player willing to collaborate and support the team as needed.
