Take ownership and provide input on complex compliance issues.Financial Reporting: Determine and prepare appropriate accounting treatments and financial statements for management, statutory, and third-party reporting.Practical Tax Advisory: Use your knowledge of CGT, Division 7A, corporate tax, and trust structures to support client solutions, applying legislation in real-world scenarios.Team Collaboration & Contribution: Coach junior team members and help improve team processes. Collaborate across levels to drive quality and efficiency.Client Interaction: Build rapport with clients, lead certain interactions, and ensure a positive client experience.Continued Learning & Growth: Stay updated with industry changes through ongoing training to strengthen your advisory skills.What You Will BringProven Practical Experience: CA qualified with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax compliance within an accounting firm. Confident managing tax matters for various entities and working independently.Client Engagement & Communication: Effective communicator with clients and stakeholders.
