We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.What Youll DoOur Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operationsBeing a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and cultureAssisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiencesAssisting with hiring new team members and on-boarding themAssisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staffEnsuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standardAssisting with ordering of stock from various suppliersAssisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policiesManaging daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurantAssisting with executing marketing promotionsEnsuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and SafetyWhat Youll BringWed love for you to join us if youve got what we need:Previous shift supervisor experiencePassionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a differencePassionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work.Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleaguesAbility to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all timesAbility to multi task and adapt to changing customer levels as requiredAbility to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferContribute to fighting world hunger one plate at a timeGrow your career.
