This position will primarily be responsible for providing information, advice and service to Kids Early Learning (KEL) customers by understanding their needs and issues to determine mutually beneficial outcomes for them and KEL.EssentialQualifications and experienceCertificate of Attainment in a work-related customer service and or administration tertiary courseSolid customer service experience in a high-volume/transaction businessStrong administration skillsEffective written and verbal skills communication skills.DesirableRelevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration)Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulationsAbove average communication skillsStrong familiarity with website and mobile childcare software applicationsSolid computer skills.Remuneration And BenefitsThe salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Councils Enterprise Agreement.Entry level for this position starts at $1,271.21 per week35-hour working weekOpportunity to participate in Council''s flextime arrangementEmployee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 11.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.Our commitment to safetyBlacktown City Council is committed to safety.
