In this role, you''ll enhance access to healthcare through the provision and support of high-quality care in a dynamic Nurse Practitioner Model of Care within the Emergency Department.You''ll provide clinical and professional leadership as an expert in the field and undertake comprehensive health assessments, as well as collaborating with other members of the health care team to plan, implement and evaluate care. This integrated approach will support best practice and maximise patient care outcomes.Ballina is surrounded by world-renowned beaches and national parks and has activities for everyone, including bushwalking, surfing, a strong sporting community, and a vibrant caf culture.
