We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and support our growing business. This is a full-time position based in Melbournes Southeast, with responsibility for managing HR functions across multiple Automotive dealerships.About the Role:As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be entrusted with managing the HR needs of a dealership portfolio. You will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, playing a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
