Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.ResponsibilitiesAs Sales Manager, you will:Ensure the effective delivery of the national AIRR sales strategy across member stores and warehouse operationsManage Sales and Inventory performance including aged inventory, stock turns and debtor arrangementsPlay an active role in the growth and development of the customer service team by being actively involved in the day-to-day operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with both members and wholesale customers throughout the stateProvide exceptional customer service and advice on rural products while introducing new product linesAbout YouTo succeed at AIRR, you will have:Previous experience in a fast paced, customer focused sales environmentDemonstrated experience in sales and business development (ideally rural products/farm supplies)Current Forklift License and Agsafe accreditation (advantageous)Understanding of agricultural products, seasonal requirements, the region and our competitorsProficiency in using the Microsoft suite and operating POS systemsAbility to work collaboratively within the warehouse and customer service teams and wider network while having a passion for encouraging changeAbout AIRRAIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.We invest in our staff to ensure everyone who joins AIRR is set up to succeed, from training and conferences to industry experts well within your reach offering support and guidance.
