You will play a pivotal role in establishing our new Braybrook Allied Health site in the West Melbourne metro region. Your primary focus will be providing individual and group-based exercise physiology services to older adults. Our service is goal-directed and aims to maximise independence and autonomy.About You:You are passionate about what you do and are committed to delivering best practice. You want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them. This role is available from part-time to full-time employment.We are looking for individuals with: ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist Experience in conducting physical assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions Experience with running group exercise programs, such as strength and conditioning sessions or balance groups.
