As we continue to expand, were seeking a skilled and proactive Administrator & Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support day-to-day operations.About the Role:This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings solid experience in Xero bookkeeping and administrative support. Reporting directly to the Director, you''ll be a key part of the team keeping our construction business running smoothly behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities:Management of compliance documentation and insurances within the construction industryLiaising with key stakeholders including clients, staff, and contractorsGeneral office administration and document managementOffice managementAccounts payable and receivableBank and credit card reconciliationsPayroll processing, Payroll Tax, Child Support, and SuperannuationReporting preparation including IAS, BAS, and TPARInvoicing, purchase order tracking and job costingLiaising with External AccountantMaintaining accurate records and up-to-date filesRequirements What We''re Looking For:Minimum 2+ years bookkeeping experience (ideally within construction or trades)Minimum 2+ years administration experienceProven proficiency with Xero software (non-negotiable)Solid understanding of payroll, GST, BAS, and financial reportingStrong administrative and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyPrior experience in a construction, trades, or service-based businessKnowledge of job costing or project-based accountingFamiliarity with construction compliance admin (insurances, contracts, safety documentation)BAS AgentProficient with cloud-based tools and systems including Microsoft office suiteWhat We Offer:Stable full-time position with long-term potentialSupportive leadership and team cultureCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to contribute to a well-established business with ongoing growthHow to Apply:Think youre the right fit?
