The Edmen business is at a key growth stage, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications and working closely with your divisional CEO and management teams.About the roleYou will be primarily responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing function for Edmen Community Staffing. Youll also collaborate regularly with the First Choice Care Marketing Manager, sharing insights and aligning strategies to support both healthcare and community staffing brands.Maternity leave, Part time - 4 days/week, hybridDevelop strategic marketing plans across your brandsDevelop, coordinate, execute and measure effective B2B (Youth and disability support workers) and BC2 (Youth and disability support providers) marketing campaigns that are designed to meet business goals (acquisition and retention of clients & candidates)Event and merchandise managementEnd-to-end content and social media management, including design (largely using existing Canva templates) paid and organic campaignsProposal developmentSEO and AI optimisationCampaign reportingAbout youThis role is suited to a self-starter whos comfortable owning the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as developing long-term strategies.Experience4+ years experience in developing strategic marketing plansEnd-to-end hands on marketing experience, including strong digital marketing, copywriting, brand and collateral, and social media management skillsEvent and merch managementData-driven marketing strategy with demonstrable resultsStrong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skillsStrong design skills (Canva)Customer-first approach to marketing initiativesEye for creativitySystem experienceGoogle AnalyticsSocial platforms, including Facebook (inc.
