We are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our growing Erskine Park team on a permanent, full-time basis. Being a Customer Service Officer with Provet is about more than just answering phones! You will be a part of a passionate and collaborative team that are dedicated to supporting our customers to look after pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes. We achieve this through: Answering customer calls in a timely manner to respond to a wide range of general and/or product specific enquiries. Processing customer orders and demonstrating a sound knowledge of our product suite. Providing our customer with a single point of resolution for any problems and/or complaints. Accurately managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our cloud based CRM system. And; Working in a friendly and supportive team environment where one persons success is everyones success About You To be successful you will have; At least 1 years experience in phone-based customer service. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner. Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high volume, multi-channel team with a passion for customer service excellence. Superior active listening skills, ability to show empathy and build rapport with a diverse range of customers. High level of attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly. The ability to learn quickly and a willingness to adapt to change. Demonstrated the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Animal Health/Veterinary Industry background is desirable but not required. Please note that this role supports our customers in WA and regular hours would be 9.30am to 5.30pm NSW EST. Why Join Us?
