The role will oversee the day-to-day implementation of the Belgravia Leisure - 5 Year Access & Inclusion Plan within the area and will be responsible for implementing programs and initiatives to promote accessibility and participation among marginalized groups.Reporting directly to the Area Support Manager [Mornington], the primary focus of the role will be to:Identify, engage, and collaborate with key community members and groups to implement programs that enhance social capital.Conduct research to identify local community needs that can be addressed through programs within the aquatic venues'' disability, diversity, and disadvantaged spaces.Collaborate with coordinators and stakeholders to develop programs, collect data, and evaluate impact.Identify opportunities for sustainability and self-sufficiency of programs.Develop professional reports on program actions and outcomes, highlighting community benefits.The role also involves delivering a fundraising strategy for the Belgravia Foundation, supporting programs that promote access to leisure.We will provide innovative recruitment strategies to remove barriers for applicants, including:A dedicated contact person for expressions of interest and verbal applications via phone.Short video submissions describing the application.Support persons during interviews.The CompanyBelgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG), the fastest-growing leisure organization in Australia, with facilities across health clubs, wellness, golf, aquatic, and sporting venues in 250 locations in Australia and New Zealand.We are experiencing growth and aim to diversify and deliver results while being a strong community citizen.
