We encourage people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and people with disability to apply.About the roleReporting to the Head of People and Culture Business Partnering for Child, Youth & Families, in this role, you will support our New South Wales and Tasmanian teams.This role focuses primarily on end-to-end case management support including disciplinary actions, performance issues and grievances, with coaching of people leaders, Award and Policy and Procedure implementation and interpretation, generalist HR/ER support and strategic HR guidance to assist managers in achieving their objectives.You will play a key role in our fast-paced, agile environment, building strong partnerships and providing expert HR advice to drive effective outcomes. This role is based in New South Wales and offers flexible work arrangements, you can work from home or from one of our local LWB offices. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel and onsite work will be required.Key responsibilitiesLead and provide end-to-end support on HR matters, including disciplinary actions, performance issues, grievances, and complex case management scenarios.
