This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a 12 months FTE and a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.In this role you will support Private Health colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through accurate, efficient, and timely responses to insurance transaction queries across the private health insurance life cycle.Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive the standardisation of processes and procedures, including driving timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information and client driven requests. You will provide legally compliant work to clients/insurers and enter accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge.We will count on you to:Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/member transactions, including invoices, premium calculations, and policy documentation.Draft policy wordings, endorsements, and renewal reports while maintaining up-to-date records on all clients/members.Assist with client/member reporting, end-of-month reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding documentation.Suggest improvements to business processes and identify system enhancement opportunities for automation.Build and maintain effective working relationships with insurers, clients, and internal colleagues to support high levels of client satisfaction.What you need to have:High School Certificate or equivalent.Ideally someone with right level of insurance experience (Private Health Insurance) and data management capabilities.Preferably with Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar client service/operational role in an insurance or life-related field.What makes you stand out:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong administration and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.Why join our team:We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the worlds top insurance broker and risk advisor.
