Day to day tasks include contacting customers by email, phone and ensuring regular dunning procedures are followed. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is also key.Your primary focus will be:Day to day monitoring and management of debtor ledgersContacting customers by email and phone, including making outbound calls confidently to expedite cash collectionAccurately reconciling customer accounts, tracing payments, resolving discrepancies, and proactively identifying issues that require managerial interventionReferral and management of aged debt to external collection agenciesProviding timely and accurate reports on the status of accounts, including aged debt analysis and collection progressFocusing on a process-driven approach for credit collection establishing clear, consistent steps to efficiently manage the collection of outstanding payments.Who you are:Previous experience in a similar Credit/Collections positionMember of the AICM (Australian Institute of Credit Management) highly regardedComfortable with learning and working with multiple new computer systemsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regardedSelf-motivated, highly organized and results drivenProficient with Microsoft Excel.Due to the global nature of the role, multilingual capabilities will be highly regarded.About Us:WiseTech Global is changing the world of logistics through technology.
