Only candidates able to gain or currently holding a current Australian Federal Government Security Clearance at Baseline will be considered for this role. Australian Citizenship is mandatory.The Successful Applicant Will Be Expected ToBe comfortable working independently with minimal oversight or supportAssist in the management of security solutions within DXC, at the direction of senior team membersWork effectively with the Regional and Global Security teamInteract with other Middleware support teamsAdhere to both customer and corporate standards and responsibilitiesAssist in the creation of documentation such as process and procedural documentationProvide level 3 technical support and problem management guidance for the platforms and escalate issues to vendors/manufactures for technical support as neededManage solutions on a day-to-day basis within the technologySupport NetIQ and Lotus Notes environmentsSupport Active Directory and Azure IAM servicesManage Integration of NetIQ with other platforms including Lotus NotesParticipate in projects on a variety of platforms supported by the teamProduce reports as required and participate in auditsEnsure Health checks are performed and maintainedBe an advocate of Security best practices and for automation and process improvementRegularly exercise independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectivesProvide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross functional initiativesThe ideal candidate will have the following desired skills and experience:Have a good understanding of best security practices including privacy regulatory requirements and information classificationStrong skills in NETIQ Infrastructure and technology and the interactions between other products/platformsStrong skills in Active Directory and Azure IAM processes3 + years demonstrated experience managing NetIQ MiddlewareExperience with patching and scripting language such as PowerShell/ Python/ Perl/ HTMLNetIQ eDirectory products including, ldap, driver and remote loader technology, workflowsNetIQ Access Manager (NAM)NetIQ additional components being NetIQ User App, Self Service Password ResetUnderstand NetIQ gui consolesUnderstanding of Apache Tomcat and other webserver platformsSkills in Linux (RHEL), basic admin, bash scriptingExperience in Certificate management including creation and diagnosticsKnowledge of XMLUnderstanding of LDAP technology and ability to use search and modify update utilities stand alone and in scriptsExperience with LDAP browsers like Apache directory studioNetworking technologies, diagnosing TCPIP connectivity, Basic F5 Networks understandingUnderstanding of Lotus Notes DominoOur Culture And BenefitsDXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
