Were about making a difference.About the roleBring your expertise in sales and people leadership and drive productivity, innovation, and process improvement to our team of dedicated Education Business Specialists.Leading a team of up to 5 Education Business Specialists across two states and reporting to the National Sales Manager Education, you will be an integral part of the B2B Leadership team, responsible for coaching, motivating, and empowering your team to provide exceptional customer experiences and deliver profitable sales growth.Our education team manages 6,500 government and education businesses with each Account Manager directly responsible for a portfolio of customers.Over the phone, the team develop trusting relationships, understands their customers unique business requirements and tailor solutions to help make bigger things happen.We offer great flexibility, based in QLD or WA office, out on the road face to face with QLD school customers and at home in a hybrid working arrangement.As the Lead Education Business Specialist, you will:Develop and execute Sales team plans, aligned to overarching B2B strategy.Support the continual improvement of measurement and reporting capabilitiesHelp to create an environment in which processes are designed and continually improved to achieve productivity/efficiency objectivesAchievement of all related targets at a team level (Sales, Margin, Expenditure and others as reqd)Grow, coach and mentor a team of Sales Specialists to continuously improverates of existing customer growth and account retentionAbout youYou are an experienced sales leader, with a background in B2B sales. You are people-centric and thrive on developing productive, high performing teams whilst creating a supportive and engaging team culture. Building sales capability within your teams and seeing them flourish is what makes you a great leader.
