If you''re someone who thrives on creativity, loves collaborating with others, and enjoys making a visual impact this role is for you!As our Internal Graphic Designer, youll play a key role in the visual storytelling that keeps our teams connected, informed, and inspired. You''ll design engaging visual content and produce a wide variety of print and digital collateral supporting internal campaigns, events, presentations, and team member engagement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across all departments, you''ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate and celebrate our people and culture.The skills we are looking forDemonstrated experience in a similar position, with inhouse or agency experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a flair for visual storytellingExceptional communication and collaboration skills to interpret briefs, manage feedback, and build strong stakeholder relationshipsExperience with in-house photography and retouchingA conceptual thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and consider broader implicationsAbility to adapt and deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and plenty of varietyUnderstanding of basic UX/UI principles are desirableBasic animation/motion design knowledge is advantageousAbout UsAt Specsavers we believe a diverse, inclusive and flexible culture enables our people to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
