Youll work on high-impact projects across some of the world''s most recognisable brands like Diageo, Vinarchy & Miele, all while contributing to a creative culture that values fresh thinking, sharp design, and collaborative energy.POSITION OVERVIEW:As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer at AU, you''ll play a key role in developing creative concepts and delivering visually impactful solutions across a range of media from campaign identities and digital content to in-store activations and event branding. Youll work closely with creative teams, fellow designers, and account teams to bring ideas to life in a way thats on-brand, effective, and exciting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and develop high-quality creative across print, digital, social and experiential channelsCollaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters and producers to solve creative problems and bring campaign ideas to lifeTake ownership of projects from concept to delivery presenting ideas with confidence and managing workflow with clarityBalance creative flair with commercial objectives understanding brand, audience and contextKeep up to date with industry trends, design innovation, and cultural shifts that can influence the workContribute to brainstorms, workshops and internal creative reviewsBe a team player generous with your knowledge, open to feedback, and always looking to elevate the workABOUT YOU:Were looking for someone with a sharp design eye and a can-do spirit.
