This pivotal role sits within the Billing Delivery unit, where you will be responsible for delivering accurate, insightful reporting that supports billing operations for Residential and SME customer segments. There are plenty of great perks, from flexible working to a long list of exclusive Alinta benefits.What you''ll doCoordinate and govern work allocation to BPO teams, ensuring alignment with operational deadlines and resource availability.Perform daily reconciliation of gas and electricity billing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems.Drive resolution of billing exceptions and system defects through root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.Provide strategic insights through advanced data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, Compliance, and other teams to deliver operational excellence and resolve issues.Your experienceExperience in Retail Energy Operations, with a strong understanding of billing, metering, and exception management processes.Proficient in SQL for data extraction and root cause analysis of billing issues.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and reporting automation.Experience in developing dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making.Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Interest in leadership and a desire to grow within the business.Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.Like what youre seeing?If you like the sound of this, and youve got experience in a similar role, wed love to talk to you.
