Job Description

Corin is seeking a Loan Kit Technician to join our dedicated Warehouse Team based out of our Sydney warehouse located in Pymble.This full-time role is ultimately responsible for supporting our surgeon customers in the packing and delivery of our complex instrument kits required to perform orthopaedic surgeries. It involves working closely with internal and external customers to ensure correct management of the orthopaedic loan sets so they can be effectively picked, packed, and dispatched in full and on time.The key responsibilities of the Loan Kit Technician will includeWorking closely with customer service staff and sales staff, as well can effectively communicating with Hospital CSSD, Operating Theatre and Surgeons.Maintaining and updating surgeon preferences as requested by Sales Staff to ensure correct information for the supply of kits.Taking of bookings from customers and our sales staff.Effective use of SAGE and WebOps system to keep accurate records of all stock inventory movements, dispatch and returns information.Packing and despatch of items to locations in Australia and abroad (e.g. returns, workshop kits, marketing material, new consignment, product orders).What we are looking for in our Loan Kit TechnicianWe are a small, but fast-growing team, who are passionate about what we do and the level of customer service and support we provide.
